Temperature Sensors for the
Plastics, Rubber and Packaging Industries

Southeast Thermal Systems offers temperature sensors for the Plastics, Rubber and Packaging industries in standard and custom designs. These temperature sensors are provided with either thermocouple or RTD measuring elements and are typically supplied with fiberglass leads inside 304 stainless steel sheaths. All thermocouple and platinum RTD element assemblies are temperature rated up to 482 °C [900 °F] except type T thermocouples, which are rated up to 371 °C [700 °F]. All other RTD assemblies are rated up to 204 °C [400 °F]. Special construction assemblies are available upon request.

Complete Thermocouple Assemblies
Assembly Options: Sheath and leadwire terminations with miniature or standard size plugs, jacks and special connectors. Leadwire with solid or stranded conductors, several choices of insulation, and with metal overbraid or in flexible armor.

Assembly Configurations:
Fixed and adjustable bayonet fitting, compression fitting, spring and armor adjustable immersion, spade, ring, melt bolt, threaded and nozzle melt, nozzle heat sink, pipe clamp style, magnetic attachment type thermocouples.
