The SA200 is a compact instrument with abundant display functions. It can be used not only as a controller but also as an (indicating) alarm unit. In the semiconductor industry, an alarm signal is critical and must work without failure. It is common to use a controller and an over-temperature protector for each zone. The SA200, when used as an over-temperature protector, can be used with its PV display turned off.
