Intensive Mixer Dust Stop Seal Oil Recovery System Unit
The dust stop recovery system keep the rubber mixing area clean and saves money by recoverying and reusing dust stop seal oil that drains from the rubber intensive mixer. A hopper built into the recovery system collects dust stop seal oil. The dust stop seal oil is filtered and pumped back to the intensive mixer for reuse. The hopper, pump, valves and pipe are heated to keep the oil fluid and pump able. Automatic controls pump the recovered oil back to the mixer or recirculate it within the recovery system for later use.

Budzar World Alliance Portable Chillers
The Budzar World Alliance (BWA) Industrial Portable Air Cooled Chillers utilized mainly for injection molding are off the shelf, built for top performance and are ideally suited for all plant environments and industrial processes. The BWA Portable Chillers are designed to circulate a fluid medium for continuous process cooling between 42° to 65°F. The Budzar World Alliance Portable Air Cooled Chiller System is constructed with proven standard components such as a Copeland Scroll Compressor, Hirshman Hot Gas By-Pass Valve and Liquid Line Solenoid Valve, Alco Thermal Expansion Valve, along with a Non-Proprietary Controller. Other construction elements include Separate High and Low Refrigeration Liquid-Filled Pressure Gauges, Automatic Fill Valve, Oversized Air Cooled Condenser for Low Head Pressure and Capacity, High and Low Pressure Switches, Phase Monitor and an Adjustable Freezestat Switch. The Budzar World Alliance Portable Chillers with Copper Tubing on all Instruments and Gauges and Heavy-Duty Powder-Coated Cabinet are engineered and designed for durability and to stand the test of time. The Budzar World Alliance Process Chillers are built with large industrial casters for durability and are easily moved between industrial process applications. The BWA Portable Water Cooled Chillers which are in-stock and ready to ship are available in capacities from 3 to 40 tons with either 230 or 460 voltage.
